MANAGEMENT: Christopher Maginniss, Vice President Prior to joining Trident Investment Group, Mr. Maginniss served as a director of Microdyne Corporation and Apcom Corporation. During his 11-year career at Microdyne Corporation, he has held positions of Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and President, Outsourcing Division. From 1982 to 1987 he was President of Community Service Credit Union, a $65 Million financial institution that served five towns in the Southeastern Connecticut before merging with Navy Federal Credit Union in 1989. This was preceded by his service in the rank of Captain, Supply Corps, the United States Navy which he joined in 1959 and where he served in various management, financial and logistical positions at sea, overseas, and in the United States. Mr. Maginniss received a bachelor's degree in economics from Colby College and an MS in economics from U.S. Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California.
